2.) Occupancy check,
3.) Drive By BPO,
4.) Property maintenance during the redemption period (six months)
5.) Attorney contact if required.
6.) Cash for keys

When dictated this is subsequently followed up with:
1.) Re key
2.) Conversion of utilities
3.) Trash out
4.) Interior BPO
5.) Repair (s) when required (by licensed contractors)
6.) Marketing
7.) Sale

Our preferred method of communication is email or your database site. Any forms or format will be loaded into our database and communication will be accomplished via this expedient and timely composition. In this process all functional correspondence is accomplished electronically. This means that any data, including matted photographs, will be forwarded to you via the internet. Telephone communication unless your initiation will be minimal.
